Delete your account

You can delete your Piki Dada account yourself, here or from the app. It takes effect straight away and can't be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your password, Google sign-in, two-step login, and every device you're signed in on
  • Your photo, and for riders your ID documents, selfie checks and vehicle photo
  • Your saved places, emergency contacts, chats, notifications, sign-in records and resolved support requests
  • Your review comments, and the names, phone numbers, notes and item photos on your own trips and deliveries (not those booked for a company)

What is kept, why and for how long

  • If you had trips or deliveries, who the account belonged to: your name and phone number, for riders the vehicle and plate, and your email only as a fingerprint that matches it but doesn't show it. Why: to answer disputes, fraud and safety questions about those jobs. For how long: a period we are setting with our lawyer before launch; you can ask us to erase it sooner. A company you ran keeps the contact details it was given.
  • Your trips, deliveries and payments (places, times and amounts). Why: our financial and tax records, and disputes. For how long: at least as long as the law requires for financial records (usually 5 years).
  • SOS alerts you raised, with the location trail recorded with them, no longer shown with your name. Why: evidence for any investigation. For how long: 2 years after the alert was closed (90 days if we confirmed it was pressed by mistake). You can't delete your account while an alert is open, for 30 days after it was closed, or while one is kept for an investigation.

You can no longer sign in, and you can sign up again with the same email. Riders: if you are owed money or owe commission, contact us before deleting so it can be settled.
